This is the second of these I own, ordered it shortly after receiving and wearing the first one because I love it so much. As noted, it is warmer than the synthetic or cotton blended versions of the 1/2 or 1/4 zip shirts EB sells, presumably due to the Merino wool content of the knit fabric. I worried it might be scratchy in the neck, but it ISN'T! The warmth afforded by the fully zipped shirt is exactly what I wanted and it works like a charm. Now I have a blue and a green version.

I'm between a medium and large. For this I sized down to medium because it does stretch a bit. It's nice and warm and I can use it as a baselayer.

Lightweight AND warm. A perfect layer option!

I find this shirt to be very warm. First time buying this item and today in Ontario it was -7 and it was warm.

This is one of the better Bauer offerings in recent years. Frankly this this needs to be something of a template for how they win over/back/keep consumers going forward. This sweater is a great example of a non-branding obvious offering that allows me to wear it from on a hike to even an office/work meeting and I don't look out of place in either. That's paired with a slim/athletic fit that if you purchase in your normal size should fit you nicely so long as you don't have portions of your body that you're trying to hide ALTHOUGH --- it may work for that body type as well if you wash according to label....more on that shortly. The materials blend of 40 poly, 35% viscose and 25% merino wool DID have me somewhat concerned with regards to shrinking because that's 60% of the materials mix in a form known to shrink. And you CAN shrink these- but not as much as you might think from prior experience with both viscose and merino wool. What I mean by that is that these actually fit a smidge big and especially a bit initially-- and if you wash according to the label? It'll basically wash shrink free and stay that initial larger size. BUT...if you go against the label and say initially had wash warm to hot, dry warm to hot? They trim a up a bit in the body lengthwise so that a Large Tall? Fits this 6 foot 4 inch 220 lb in decent shape guy just about as well as something can absent tailoring. So overall I don't know what they did to blend this in a manner where it doesn't really shrink much if at all but they did so washed according to label you're golden if that out of the bag fit is what you like as it'll probably stay there even with repeated washings. Speaking of washing---- I've purchased and washed 8 of these sweaters, 2 per color. For some reason the black? Sheds like you wouldn't believe the first washing. All other colors no issue but the black in the dryer the first time left a jaw dropping amount in the lint trap AND stuck to some other clothing dried at the same time which is prone to picking up lint, I just didn't think I needed to worry about that. So at least first wash and dry, probably a good idea to do any colors but maybe especially black both inside out AND on their own. Overall though this is about as good as you can ask for especially for the price --- these fit well, look sophisticated (can't emphasize enough how much the LACK of outer branding is a PRO to this piece...keep it that way EB), they're quite warm (honestly I sense no drop off in warmth all things being equal vs. a midweight fleece from Bauer or other similar pieces from competitors except MAYBE when it comes to wind cutting), wash/dry well and I found them so impressive I bought one of each color...then a backup set of all colors for future use as last time these were rolled out, they sold out in many sizes and didn't reappear for a year or more. Highly recommended.

EB are really upping their game here. Very stylish and versatile, with substantial Merino content for warmth. Weave and construction appear more robust than some past EB sweaters. Exceptional value during Veterans Day promotion.

super comfortable light sweater that is so soft and can be worn as a zipneck turtleneck, or as a sweater over another shirt. Made with wool so its warm even for as light as it is.

This is a very comfortable and stylish sweater. It's lightweight so I can wear it over my undershirt/dress shirt for work without overheating thought-out the day. The color is accurately depicted in the photos and the fit is great. This garment is quite stretchy so if you wanted a snugger fit and you're between sizes, I'd recommend sizing down.

I love this product. Super comfortable and versatile. It has good temperature regulation. Thankfully I read the care instructions before washing, as it is made with wool.

Great pull over. Although it's active where the waffle pattern gives it the look of a sweater. I've received many comments on how sharp I look in it when I wear it to work with an Oxford shirt under it.
