This line of shirts is completely awesome. Light enough for the hottest of days. Yet protects if the wind picks up on a sunny alpine summit, or it cools down on a summer night. I also have the Blue color and get complimented on it. The Sprig pattern is a really cool, understated camo that's patterned but not overbearing. Because it's 100% poly with no cotton, and very lightweight (think summer weight, barely there kind of feel), it transfers moisture like a workout shirt. It would be a mistake to think of this shirt as just a casual shirt. It's more of an outdoor or active shirt you can wear indoors and look semi presentable. Trail to bar or restaurant, if you will. It's fitted enough for an athletic look, yet roomy enough for an active lifestyle: hiking, low-intensity cycling, etc. Avoid for trail running or anything super high intensity, although . . . you could wear it for those, too, in a pinch, as it's going to outperform anything else like it. Wear it untucked. It's that kind of shirt. The model's sporting gray shorts, but that's a missed opportunity. IMO, it looks way better paired with Eddie's Saddle colored shorts. And you also need those shorts. I'm 6'2," 220 pounds, and the Large is perfect. I would wear a Medium if I were thinner, or if I had a shorter torso (I'm long above the belt). If you are thinner or have longer legs and a shorter torso, Medium is probably going to fit you better. If you're very round around the midsection, it will be a squeeze. Size up from Large if you can. It's poly without much stretch. I would like to see a bit more odor guard built into the poly. Not because it attracts stank, but because this line is branded for Travel, and people are going to abuse it.
