Very comfortable with minimal synthetic fibers. No edgy or specialty tailoring or seems like other Bauer pants have - i don't want articulated seems... Just nice simple slacks.

Canvas pants? Canvas pants! I bought 4 more because I've never had anything but jean pants. These are lighter than jeans, comfy, still provide almost the same wear and protection as jeans, but look slightly different than jeans! I'm sold! I ordered the small regular sized 30/30. Fits perfect. These are the starting measurements I go with each time for pants. These look good, feel good and comfy and actually fit good too! Quality seems fantastic too with basic washing/drying care.

Fit as expected

I rated 5 stars, but have to return them. The fabric is super nice and the fit is great in the waist and legs, but they are too short for me. I have a different pair of Eddie Bauer pants that are long enough in the 34" inseam, and 34" inseams typically are good for me. Unfortunately, these are going to be too short as soon as I wash and dry them. I wish there was a 36" inseam offered.

Casual and recreational

Due to the Stretchy waists, go a size smaller, I purchased 36" on a different color and got the 35" in there next two pairs, the smaller size will fit you better, look better and you're likely to get propositioned all around town , or in the wild country!

These are super pants, I imagine they will last for years. They are the most sturdy durable pants I have ever owned, but they are still comfortable to wear. Sizing is right on.. I bought another pair!

Wore while hiking in AZ deserts in 50-75° temps. Also wore in town to restaurants. Comfortable and versatile.

Extra elasticity in the waist makes these more comfortable! The canvas seems to repel stains & water when out in the elements.

My son said the fit of these pants were perfect!

TRAVEL AND DAILY WEAR

Love that you make a size 35 which is a hard size to find. Pants have a nice stretch. Side pocket a little tight for a big phone but I also could stop buying the large phone. Better it is snug in the pocket than rolling around in the pocket. Like that you don't have logos all over the place.

Wore on a trip- travels well very comfortable and versatile could wear casual and dressy casual

These are my all time favorite. I have 5 pairs. I wear these pants to dinner, parties, to the gym.,running, hiking and more. I love the fit and the look. I use the zipper side pocket for my car key remote. Unfortunately my size:33/34 waist and 36 leg is no longer available, which leads me to believe these are about to be discontinues. Otherwise I'd pick up another pair or 2.

I bought my first pair of these pants about a year ago and I now have them in four colors. I love the way these fit. I'm a thinner guy, and most other pants feel too baggy. These are trim without being skinny-tight. And even though they are trim - they don't restrict my movement at all. The gusseted crotch, articulated knees and stretchy fabric are just right. I love the zipper pocket on the right thigh so I don't have to sit on my wallet. These pants breathe really well, so the're good in summer, but on the coldest winter days I wear something else. Great for travel because they pack small and the wrinkles shake right out. The only thing that keeps them from being perfect, is that the zipper pocket isn't big enough for my phone - but maybe that's the phone's fault, not the pants. I love these pants.

Excellent pants! I wear these daily, and seldom wear anything else. These fit as if they were made for me. The side zip pocket is very convenient for phone storage. The pants dry very quickly if wet

Finally some active wear pants that AREN'T All polyester. The Cotton blend is far superior to the all polyester.

Really like these pants. Casual, but dressier than jeans!

I bought these jeans instead of denim jeans. They are not as heavy material and the waist band is a comfortable, stretching material. Bought 1 pair to try out and then bought 2 more.
