One of the snaps separated on the first day I wore it. I would like to send it back but it arrived so late. t's a nice coat, very versatile. I can wear it outside in the cold and keep it on after coming back to the house. All except for that one missing snap. It looks kinda janky now.

First time washing it per the instructions, the interior had lots of fine strings come loose. 2nd wash was 10x worse, with the out fabric pilling all over and cobweb like strings, inside and out.
