My son works outside a lot. I got him this coat for a Christmas gift and it's working out great for him. It's not bulky and heavy like other heated coats. You can't feel the wires running through it. We're very satisfied with the quality and functionality of this coat.

Great for Cycling , Snowshoeing, Walking. Caveat, I generate insufficient body heat in the cold weather and this jacket provides a solution. The double tap manual control function takes a little getting use to but some users may find it a bit finicky.

Keeps my ideal temperature whether I am waiting for the train, on scooter, or walking. It's just so comfy. Feels great on sore muscles as well! Love I don't HAVE to use app after setup too!

Well made and attractive. Warm even without the battery turned on. Pockets are small and things fall out of them if not zipped. Heat function works but will not last all day. Battery could certainly be larger. App is OK, would be nice if it worked on Apple Watch

My main purpose of purchasing this jacket was to wear while riding my motorcycle during these colder months. I would like to say that normally I wear a Medium but because I wear an armored hoody underneath it which I tried on a Medium in the store and a Large, and noticed instantly that I would need to size up for this coat considering my layers that I planned to wear daily. To address the one flaw of the coat is the battery, I will say that the battery can last up to one hour to 90 mins max if you select the highest level of 113 degrees. However, while the battery might not be the best in the industry. I will say that compared to other heated jackets that I have owned, you barely realize the battery at all, One aspect I have to give credit for to Eddie Bauer is the location of where the battery is stored (inside the front of the jacket) which makes wearing the jacket while riding the motorcycle = that much easier and more enjoyable. The feel of the jacket is very comfortable and soft. I do think Eddie Bauer needs to stock the clim8 batteries for customers to be able to purchase backup batteries. Luckily, I was able to find backup batteries for this coat on other websites that have a partnership with clim8 just as Eddie Bauer does too. In closing I would like to say that I also own the clim8/ Eddie Bauer heated gloves for over a year now and I do like them alot.

Skeptical at first but, now that I have tested it, it was a good buy. The app is cool, can give you a basic overview of a "session". The cons are, battery power and touch buttons are not the best

Bought this jacket for my husband for xmas to use on our trip to Alaska, but something was wrong with the heating element in the jacket. It's a beautiful jacket, but returning it for another that. works.

As a former wilderness field guide, the 650 down fill feels true to me. The issue is the battery radiating heat battery. Mine came broken. Contacted EB and was told they don't send parts. Disappointing

Very cheaply made coat. It also does not get very warm even on the high setting. My regular North Face down jacket is much warmer even without being electrically heated.

Love Eddie Bauer products. Really like the jacket for the jacket's sake. However, charge battery all night and battery us at 1% after 20 mins wearing. A weak battery defeats the purpose
