Had it for ten years still my favourite shirt. It's on sale today so am buying another

This fleece shirt provides lightweight warm comfort that looks great. I love the heather basil green color. Will definitely buy another next year. Perhaps they will offer some beautiful new colors.

I ordered the XXL because this item did not come in Tall & I wanted to make sure the sleeves were long enough. But take note of the relaxed fit if you size up. Love these warm shirts, but wanted to mainly relay accurate info on the COLOR EB called "Basil." The EB photo shows a solid green Basil color, but you will NOT receive the color shown (unless there is a secret stash of solid green). Another reviewer pointed out this issue & posted a photo showing a grey-green heather color. I didn't like the dull, grey-green color, but took a chance ordering it to find out what I would get. I am so happy I decided to do this because I got a beautiful, green, "Basil Heather" colored shirt! The second color is a pale, neutral shade, maybe a pale grey or a pumice color. But the shirt has a dominant & striking basil green hue. There is nothing dull looking about the color. I suspect the lighting in the photo the first Basil reviewer posted online was not bright enough to pick up the true Basil green color. But I do appreciate her bringing up this issue so I was not surprised by getting a heathered shirt. I love the heathered green shirt even more than the solid green one, but you may not feel the same way so be aware.

Love this fleece shirt/jacket. Soft and looks nice over a long sleeve under shirt. Easy to wash. Just light enough to wear on a slightly cool day. Nice to not have something too heavy. Recommend highly.

I bought this on sale in the red buffalo check pattern (not my favourite pattern). I LOVE the fabric - it is extremely soft, cozy and warm and not bulky. The fit is flattering (I think the arms are nicely cut - fitted and not so wide), the only bad thing is that the colors this comes in are not very attractive... the green looks sickly on me, and the grey is like dust bunny grey, however, I will be getting a grey when this goes on sale because I love how warm this is.

I purchased the grey flannel shirt for my sister-in-law (as a Christmas gift) and she absolutely adores it! Very thick and feels like it will last many years. I just wish it came in an XXS for me.

Have barely taken it off. Love that I can layer under a coat and not have armpits bunch up. Runs true to size and oh so soft!

This is a very casual fleece that is warm and comfortable with a very light weight t-shirt underneath. The sleeves are right so if you want to wear it over heavier shirts, size up,

So cute and cozy! I bought this to wear to the barn, but I like it so much I am going to wear it before I make it a barn shirt that gets dirty! It is super soft and cozy and the cut is flattering. Its not super fitted, but it definitely isn't boxy. I hope it washes well...sometimes fleece doesn't look great after a few washes.

Love the fit, and it's adds so much warmth to cold days.

Love quality of fabric and pattern. Received lots of compliments the first time I wore it. Generally wear a small but bought a medium this time as I plan to wear over layers.

The best fleece jacket / shirt for winter!! Looks nice enough for me to wear to work. It's a looser fit so definitely wear a shirt underneath. I own 3 of these and the softness faded after 3+ years of heavy use, but I still love wearing my older ones to the climbing gym. It's my "take on and off" layer to stay warm between climbs. Stretchy and looser fitting so also great to climb in. Not great for yoga because front buttons can bother me when I'm down floor poses. Great for climbing, hiking, biking, mid layer for ski / snow days. Really one of my fav Eddie Bauer items. A classic style they should keep forever. I purchase a new one every year or so! Quality is great. Absolutely no cons to purchasing this super soft shirt.

Lovely color and print and the design matches perfectly across the front when buttoned. Thick, soft fleece. Great to wear over a t-shirt or by itself. would be even better if it had side pockets - but it's fine as is.

This fleece shirt will be used for casual wear over a turtleneck or lightweight sweater. The fit is true to size. Great for layering to keep off the winter chill.

These fast fleece shirts are the best shirts out there. So incredibly comfortable and flattering. They have just enough stretch to them. Will buy them again. Fit is spot on!!

Even though I'm tall, the sleeves are long enough in the regular size. This item is so soft and comfy that when I tried it on, I didn't want to take it off. It fit well across the shoulders, but I do wish it was a trimmer fit in the midriff area. I bought the embossed meridian blue and it is lovely. Hope EB will offer more colors.

This is a warm, comfy This a great warm, comfortable, beautiful, soft and versatile shirt. I'm so glad I bought it. More colors would be welcomed.

I usually get the quarter zip fleece but I am so pleased with this purchase. It's a very pretty teal blue with embossing all over. Nice and soft. I normally wear eddie bauer XXL tall. I ordered this in XXL and it fits perfectly after the washer and dryer. I have long arms and the sleeves on this hit a few inches above my knuckles just the way I like. I am large busted and the front fits fine. There is some gapping at the buttons when I sit but that's typical for me with a button down shirt. The body of this shirt is plenty large enough for me. The elbow are seems a little narrow but nothing that would stop me from wearing it. I wish there were more colors in the embossed because I would buy them all for sure.

Material is very soft and cozy, like something you might wear while sipping your morning coffee next to the fireplace. Not exactly what I had expected, but it's nice and a unique style. Light steel is a pretty color/pattern. I usually wear medium size in other Eddie Bauer button-down shirts, and I bought a large in this one, to make sure if it shrank alittle in the wash or is worn over other shirts, it would be big enough. Very glad I did that, as the arms are pretty snug, I can see wearing a short-sleeved t-shirt under it but probably not a long-sleeved one. (Note also, I'm 5'4" and 110lbs and I have pretty slim arms.) The length looks a bit long on me, more like a soft-sided jacket would be, so I may wear it more at home vs in public places. That's fine with me though, I'm retired and need fewer work-casual clothes now. The photos online do reflect that aspect accurately. Due to there being less room in the arms than normal for a large-sized shirt, I wouldn't recommend to others, that could be problematic for some.
