BOPIS (Buy Online Pick-Up in Store) FAQs

How does Buy Online Pick Up in Store work?

Once you select the size and color or your item you will see an option to either have your item shipped directly to you, or be picked up in store. If the item is not available in the store closest to you, pick up in-store won't be an available option. Your closest store can be changed in the top right-hand corner of the page. Once the order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. You will receive another email once the item is available for pick up.

How will I know that my order is ready to be picked up?

You will receive an email once your order is ready to be picked up. Please wait until you receive this email before traveling to the store. In most cases, you will receive an email within 2 hours. All orders placed prior to 5 pm local time will be available for pick up the same day.

Who do I contact if I don't receive a confirmation email for pick up?

If you do not receive your pick up email within 24 hours, please contact us at 800-426-8020 to speak with one of our Customer Service associates.


What time do I need to place my order for same day pick up?

We recommend placing your order before 5 pm local time for same day pick up. Please know that same day pick up is not guaranteed.

How long do I have to pick up my order?

You will have 5 days to pick up your order. After 5 days, the order will expire and any pending authorizations on your account will be removed. For example, an order placed on Monday will need to be picked up prior to the store closing on Friday.

When will I get charged for my order?

When your order is placed an authorization will be placed on the method of payment used. Once the order has been picked up, a final charge will be submitted to your bank.

What will I need when I pick up my order?

Please provide a copy of the 'Ready for Pickup" email and the order number.

Would someone else be able to pick up my order?

During checkout, you may designate an alternate person to pick up your order. They will also need to provide a copy of the 'Ready for Pickup' email and the order number.

Where do I go to pick up my order in the store?

When you arrive at the store, please head to the registers and one of our associates will be happy to assist.

What if I want to return my order?

You are welcome to return your order within 60 days of your original purchase date. For more information on returns, please click here.
