What is Eddie Bauer's return policy?
We want all our customers to be happy with our products. If you are unsatisfied with your Eddie Bauer product, you may return or exchange it in its original unworn/unused condition with proof of purchase within 60 days for a replacement or a full refund in the original form of payment.

What is Eddie Bauer's Guarantee?
If your Eddie Bauer product has a defect in materials or workmanship, you may return it with proof of purchase within 60 days.
Eddie Bauer's customer service department is not able to resolve guarantee claims past 60 days from the date of purchase.
Eddie Bauer's Product Guarantee excludes normal wear and tear and damage caused by misuse or accidents.
Can I exchange my item?
If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the original item and re-order the new item. You can choose to return the original item before placing a new order, or after the new order has been placed. Please know that the refund for the original item will not be processed until the item has been returned to us. How long does it take for a return to be processed?
Please allow 14 business days (US) and 30 business days (CAN) for us to receive and process your return. Once your return is processed, you’ll get an email confirming that your refund is being processed back to the original form of payment. If you paid with a gift card, we’ll issue a new digital gift card in the amount of your refund.
How can I return the gift that I received?

Why am I being charged a return shipping fee?
When a return is initiated online, a return shipping fee may reflect as being deducted from the refund amount. If your item qualifies for free returns, this fee will not be deducted from your refund once processed.
How do I return an Eddie Bauer item purchased at a retailer other than Eddie Bauer?
Licensed Eddie Bauer products purchased from another retailer should be returned where the item was originally purchased. Licensed Eddie Bauer products cannot be returned directly to Eddie Bauer. For additional information on licensed products, please click
